We have two onsite locations: Dublin, OH, and Columbus, OH.

Job Description:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for building systems under moderate supervision.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks, document activities, and manage equipment files per SOPs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, manage vendors, and maintain CMMS records.

Requirements:

• Experience with hand tools, basic troubleshooting, and understanding of electrical/pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in communication, organization, and computer systems.
• Preferred: HVAC/Electrical Trade License, Associate's degree or higher, 0-4 years in Facilities/Maintenance.
