About the Role

As a Rolex Salon Manager, you will embody the artistry and heritage of Rolex timepieces, delivering exceptional customer-oriented service and deepening client relationships. This role requires you to manage both Rolex Advisors on your staff and the Easton sales staff, focusing on relationship building through personalized interactions and mentoring. Your responsibilities will include educating clients on the heritage, craftsmanship, and technical details of Rolex watches, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new product releases. You will use the company CRM platforms to build and maintain a client database, ensuring a seamless client experience and excellent after-sales support. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to optimize sales, organize merchandise, and minimize shrinkage in the showroom, while fulfilling administrative tasks and adhering to company policies and procedures. You will maintain client needs through all of Diamond Cellar's offerings and are expected to complete Diamond Cellar University through Level 3 within 6 months of hire. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service by understanding and anticipating client needs, focusing on relationship building through personalized interactions and through your mentoring, coaching, and training develop these skills in your staff.
  • Educate clients on the heritage, craftsmanship, and technical details of Rolex watches.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting the unique features and merits of the timepieces.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new product releases, and updates from the brand.
  • Use company CRM platforms to build and maintain a client database, ensuring a seamless client experience and excellent after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales, organize merchandise, and minimize shrinkage in the showroom.
  • Fulfill administrative tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Maintain client's needs through all of Diamond Cellar's offerings.
  • Complete Diamond Cellar University through Level 3 within 6 months of hire date.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; further education is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in luxury sales, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry.
  • A profound appreciation for craftsmanship and a genuine passion for luxury timepieces.
  • Excellent storytelling, client service, and selling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy, especially with MS Office.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift heavy packages.
  • Must be available to work according to showroom hours, including scheduling flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and light travel outside store hours.
