About the Role
As a Rolex Salon Manager, you will embody the artistry and heritage of Rolex timepieces, delivering exceptional customer-oriented service and deepening client relationships. This role requires you to manage both Rolex Advisors on your staff and the Easton sales staff, focusing on relationship building through personalized interactions and mentoring. Your responsibilities will include educating clients on the heritage, craftsmanship, and technical details of Rolex watches, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and new product releases. You will use the company CRM platforms to build and maintain a client database, ensuring a seamless client experience and excellent after-sales support. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to optimize sales, organize merchandise, and minimize shrinkage in the showroom, while fulfilling administrative tasks and adhering to company policies and procedures. You will maintain client needs through all of Diamond Cellar's offerings and are expected to complete Diamond Cellar University through Level 3 within 6 months of hire. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.
