About the Job
As a Store Manager, you will demonstrate leadership qualities, achieve sales goals, and ensure the development of the sales staff. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Store Director in opening and closing the store efficiently, overseeing the appearance, maintenance, and security of the sales floor, managing, and supporting the sales staff, and handling customer service issues effectively. You will control customer traffic to ensure superior service, train new employees, develop and motivate the store team, and become an expert in the POS system to ensure transaction accuracy. Additionally, you will manage inventory, ensure the completion of weekly and quarterly tasks, maintain open communication with the Store Director, and continue to build on Diamond Cellar's reputation for unparalleled customer service. Achieving annual sales goals is also a key aspect of this role.
