About the team
Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all - enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they're always finding ways for us to grow together.
As a Client Relations Manager, your team for 4-6 direct reports will service our enterprise level client and merchants.
What you'll own
- Maintain contact with clients at an executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship and representing the Enterprise to the client and vice versa.
- Strategically focus on client satisfaction, maintaining communication, managing the overall client relationship, and retention activities.
- Act as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship, including escalation, oversight of client projects and implementations, and managing the client loyalty process.
- Identify new business opportunities and coordinate with sales personnel for new Worldpay products or services.
- Manage and develop personnel who assist in client relationship management, ensuring efficient operation and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze service level/availability management reports, call queues, and other metrics to ensure product/service standards are met and exceeded.
- Participate in business reviews to understand clients' strategic direction and maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable products, services, and company policies.
What you bring- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally
- strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities and strong business judgment
- Proven knowledge to represent the enterprise's entire range of products to the client and of the industry
- Previous Financial Institution or Payments industry experience
