Position Overview:
We are is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to support our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of clerical tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment and values accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain databases.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders as needed.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
