A client of Insight Global is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist. This individual will report to the AP Manager and will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 AP clerks. This individual will have some AP reconciliation responsibilities, and month-end close responsibilities.

* Managerial experience (has had a team under them)

* Accounting experience

* Experience with Core Centric or Sage (systems)
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree

* 3-4 years of Accounts Payable experience

* Strong accounting knowledge

* Detail oriented, technical

* Experience with Microsoft Excel
