Huntington Bank is seeking a highly skilled IAM Analyst – Principal to lead and drive the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across the organization. As the IAM Analyst, you will ensure that our IAM solutions comply with security and privacy standards while integrating seamlessly with our IT infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM systems, security frameworks, and governance practices.

You will work closely with teams across the bank, including the Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC), Insider Threat, and Risk Management teams, to develop and execute a robust IAM program. In addition to managing day-to-day IAM functions, you will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other IAM engineers, collaborating with business and technical teams to support strategic security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• IAM Program Leadership

  Work with Portfolio Managers to define and deliver the IAM program strategy, including setting objectives, key milestones, and ensuring ongoing business value.

  
  

• Collaboration

  Partner with IAM architects, Enterprise Architects, and Application Architects to ensure the seamless implementation of IAM technologies across business units.

  
  

• System Integration

  Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure IAM products integrate smoothly with existing systems and applications, ensuring a secure and scalable infrastructure.

  
  

• Team Leadership

  Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of IAM engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

  
  

• Security & Compliance

  Ensure that all IAM services are compliant with internal security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  
  

• Strategic Planning

  Assist in leading strategic security planning with IT Management and Risk Management to enhance security practices across the bank.

  
  

• Incident Response

  Contribute to the cybersecurity incident response and forensics activities in collaboration with the CSOC and Insider Threat teams.
