Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Gutter Crew Members to join our team at Storm Guard. In this role, you'll play an essential part in installing and maintaining high-quality gutter systems for our clients, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional job every time.

Responsibilities:

• Roof Inspection: Inspect clients' roofs to prepare them for gutter installation, assessing any potential obstacles.
• Gutter Preparation: Use hand and power tools to prepare gutters and related components for installation.
• Installation: Accurately install gutters on clients' roofs with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform necessary maintenance and repairs on existing gutter systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Safety Compliance: Follow job site safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Paperwork Management: Submit paperwork regularly to facilitate timely client payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Customer Service: Interact with clients courteously and professionally to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
• Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain all tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition.
• Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations as required for installations and service calls.
• Precision: Measure accurately to guarantee proper fit and alignment for each installation.
• Weather Readiness: Be prepared to work in various weather conditions while adhering to safe practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in gutter installation or construction is preferred but not required
• Ability to work on roofs safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
• Physical ability to lift materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
