Available Position: Senior Stock Clerk/Auditor (Safety Sensitive Job)

Primary Duties:

Advanced uncrating role to support with detailed audits and tracking discrepancies/damages found in uncrating process to support increased chargebacks to the vendors.Responsible for shipping and receiving automotive replacement safety glass products and supplies; picking and packing glass products for internal and external customers. Using on-board computers to ensure order accuracy and inventory control; able to run and create reports relating to inventory and production (reconciliation, overs and shorts, breakage, etc.)

Additional Duties:

• Combination of uncrating, quality auditor, shipping auditor.
• Uncrate as needed
• Inspect each crate, checking for damage and discrepancies and document in spreadsheets
• Work closely with inventory team to complete adjustments as needed

Hourly Pay: $17.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Qualifications Required:

• Proficient in the English language (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of physical attributes of glass parts.
• Demonstrated SAP working knowledge
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of departmental safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Able to operate hand tools
• Without assistance, must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull objects weighing 35-45 pounds on average and up to 70 pounds on a frequent/daily basis
• Able to work at heights of up to 30 feet.
• Must be able to work in temperatures similar to outdoors within the Central Ohio region.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Good customer/vendor relations and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overtime on short notice
• Able to work both independently and as a team member.

Qualifications Desired:

• Basic Microsoft Office software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Operating Excellence principles and processes
