Job Details

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to provide outstanding customer service at our three apartment communites.

Primary Responsiblities:

• HVAC diagnosis, repair and replacement.


• Carpentry, drywall and painting.


• Electrical, plumbing and routine maintenance requests

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn


• HVAC certification highly preferred


• A minimum of 2 years maintenance experience in related field


• Proficient with manual & power tools


• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required


• Dependable, good attitude and self-motivated a must


• Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active & on your feet


• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds by yourself.


• Clean background check


• On call rotation
