Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is constructing pallets according to specified. Physically stack and unstack pallets as required. Maintain a consistent flow of products to the shipping line.

Major responsibilities:

• Build pallets according to storage specifications
• Ensure quality assurance and vendor compliance
• Physically stack and unstack pallets
• Support the shipping line with constant flow of product or removal
• Read SKU numbers and sort product by size/SKU of box to prepare it for loading
• Lift up to 30lbs consistently
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

• Some high school education required

• Ability to communicate with employees at all levels (peers, leadership & employees).
• Basic reading (English) skills

• Able to perform repetitive tasks (walking, bending, twisting and use of hands, wrists, and arms)
• Perform general housekeeping (breakdown boxes, remove trash, sweep etc
• Light assembly
• Limited lifting
