The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Columbus, OH. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• $29.00 - $32.00/HR based on experience, W2
• 12-month contract position- (Potential to convert based on performance/budget). (100% onsite - may allow one day remote after a few months of work)
• Responsible for:
  • Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines.
  • Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle.
  • Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success.
  • Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines.
  • Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion.
  • Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users.

• • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience required.
  • Manufacturing and supply chain focused folks the best fit but will entertain other business facets
  • Will be managing anything from 1 to 6 projects at once. Heavy cross functional work. Types of projects are manufacturing related - ingredient qualification - schedule and coordinate project ingredient trials - ensuring product transfer documentation is completed.
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint required - presentations to cross functional teams - some experience with project schedules
  • Experience in a regulated space is preferred but not required.
