J&R Schugel is now hiring CDL-A company drivers! Route and home time options to fit your lifestyle. Get home daily, weekly, or be out on the road; we'll find the option that best works for you!

Driver Benefits:

• Industry-leading pay structure:
  • Earn $1,200 - $1,600 per week
  • Earn 57 - 65 CPM base pay + accessorial pay
• Multiple home time and route options - Average 2,200 - 2,500 weekly miles
  • Top 50% of our drivers average over 2,500 miles per week

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21
• Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver's license
• Must have 6 months of experience
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
