Responsibilities Regularly Scheduled Hours:1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30 pm, overtime as required (staying later or possible Saturdays) Hourly Pay: $20.69/hr. Willing to come in 1/2 hour early or stay later after shift if needed Must carry radio Fill in operator role during breaks if needed Provide supplies for operators (ex. part tags, pallet tags, markers, hand tools, pens, etc.) Monitor and read emails before shift to know what lines are running and what needs to be done during the shift Monitor new operator training and complete training manual journals (JIB) Check daily for what machines are running or down Get a daily rundown from prior lead about their shift activities Know how to operate all machines in the molding area Answer machine alarms Must use SAP to enter production on lines and transfer material to proper location Must conduct quality and visual checks of parts every 2 hours and record info Verify tags are filled out correctly (date, initial and shift) Must wear lead vest or shirt Watch for backed up areas (bottle necks) on lines and assist with solutions Observe operators use PPE and no use of cell phones Verify that parts are removed from molding area at the end of each shift and taken to proper locations Make sure areas are cleaned/organized for the last 30 minutes of the shift Qualifications High School Diploma 5+ years related experience Manufacturing industry experience required Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred Education High School Diploma or GED Years of Experience Minimum of 5 years related work experience Physical Requirements A.
