JCME Distributors has an opening for a Sales Supervisor to manage and develop the local business in the consumer and industrial fields.   Candidates must be responsible, motivated, energetic and creative.

Candidates MUST:

• Have at least 2 years sales and supervisory experience
• Have a positive attitude and initiative to motivate sales team
• Computer literate, working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Have the ability to develop, manage and meet budget guidelines
• Be attentive to details and have ability to resolve issues positively
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage, supervise and develop a sales team
• Valid Guam Driver's License and current Health Certificate
