Primary job is to process paperwork during the opening and closing of rental contracts, and to handle sales transaction to secure collection of payments owed for services rendered to customers. As a front-line representative of the company, the rental agent also serves as an ambassador for the company and must possess excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a calm and professional manner at all times. Budget Car Rental operates a 24-hour operation and the successful candidate may be required to work nights, weekends and during holidays.


  • Greet customers as they arrive and answering telephone calls
  • Communicate detailed contracts, rental policies, and procedures.
  • Market and suggest upgrades and various high-grade amenities.
  • Opening contracts selling additional insurance coverage.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or complaints, and working to resolve issues.
  • Creating and managing corporate accounts.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance, inventory, cash sheets and daily business reports.

  • Must have a high school diploma.
  • Previous experience as a rental agent and/or customer service representative in the tourism industry would be an advantage.
  • Valid Guam driver's license.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends & holidays.
  • Korean/Chinese language skill is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent customer care and communication skill.
  • Organizational and time management skills
