Apple Pacific Restaurant Group is a company consisting of Applebee’s Grill & Bar, IHOP Restaurant Tamuning, IHOP Tumon, Olive Garden, Pieology Pizzeria Tamuning, Pieology Pizzeria Dededo, Pieology Pizzeria Tumon (coming soon), Longhorn Steakhouse GPO (Coming Soon). We are looking for an energetic, skilled Marketing Professional to join our team.

The applicant should be highly motivated and willing to work in a challenging ever-changing environment managing multiple brand profiles that differ dramatically from one another. Will coordinate directly with Franchisors located in CA, FL and UAE, to develop programs that are both cost effective and beneficial to the company.

The Marketing Position is as follows:

Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to managers and senior managers monthly.

Sales/Marketing Director Job Duties:

  • Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
  • Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Works with marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
  • Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
  • Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
  • Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
  • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each brand
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
  • Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
  • Works with Tour Agents on developing tour packages for all properties and tracking the success of these programs
  • Willing to work needed hours to supervise programs at each location regardless of the timing of these programs, possibly working nights and weekends when needed.

Applicants should possess but not limited to the following skills:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field a plus
