Regular and Temporary, full time positions. Perform customer service related functions on collection matters to include contacting delinquent customers, daily account monitoring, research, counseling, and working with proper authorities. Qualifications include at least two years of collection experience, proficiency in Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as the AS400; knowledgeable in collection policies & procedures, regulations and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Good organizational, communications and customer service skills.
