Legal Administrative Assistant
Provide clerical, administrative and organizational support
Document preparation and revision
Organize/maintain/utilize database or other case management system; implement procedures and revise as needed
Prepare and electronically file various documents
Daily monitoring of deadlines
Gather and analyze routine information
Liaise clients through various checking systems and to communicate with clients for necessary documents and information.
Ideal Candidate will have:
Proficiency in business desktop applications; ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated
Must have strong attention to details
Must be flexible and have well developed interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines
Possess analytical skills; with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively determine appropriate courses of action
Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
Excellent customer service background with prior experience in a high volume fast paced environment
We require at minimum two consecutive years of administrative background in a professional setting.
