The eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating
assigned activities, projects, and campaigns relating to the day-to-day,
hands-on implementation of online marketing strategies to meet and exceed
property financial goals. This position will research, plan, create, implement, maintain,
and analyze all eCommerce, digital marketing, and social media campaigns for the hotel portfolio.
This position will report directly to the Director of Sales. This position will also work closely with the
Korean Sales Development and General Manager.
-Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to marketing
team and department heads.
-Manage content updates to branded websites, keeping all information and content up to
-Fresh and position each hotel relative to competitive set.
-Research compare, and evaluate hotels against competitive set.
-Maintain, and manage social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
-Create schedule, edit, and distribute relevant content across social media platforms to attract new customers
and increase public awareness, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
-Communicate via social media with customers on a daily basis.
-Conduct regular audits of OTA sites to ensure each hotel is optimized with high quality
images, compelling content, and links
-Analyze performance data as well as content and make necessary changes to achieve
marketing objectives as determined by Director of Sales.
-eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing experience is strongly preferred
-Knowledge of the hospitality industry is strongly preferred
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Must be able to communicate with a variety of different people to create effective content
-Highly motivated, creative, and passionate for connecting with current and future customers
-Strong problem solving , critical thinking, and analysis skills
-Excellent time and project management skills
-Strong multitasking and organizational skills
-Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
