We are looking for an experienced results?driven agent to deliver professional and high?quality customer support. The role includes non?technical and technical assistance to each customer and may involve customer, client, or third?party communication via phone, email, or text, resolving each case in a timely manner while following guidelines, processes, and proper use of systems.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.
