About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and Development. This visionary technology leader will be responsible for defining and maintaining the enterprise architecture blueprint, ensuring alignment with business strategy, and leading the design and deployment of scalable, high-performance applications and platforms. The role also involves driving the adoption of AI/ML technologies, overseeing data and analytics strategy, and managing a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and data professionals. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, modern architectural patterns, and hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms. A strong background in data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML ecosystems is essential, as is the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams and manage multi-million-dollar technology budgets.

Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field, with an MBA or executive education in digital transformation being a plus. A minimum of 12-15 years' experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or platform development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position, is required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and experience in hospitality, entertainment, or consumer-facing industries. Strong skills in security architecture, privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks are also necessary. The role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business value and presenting technology strategy to executive leadership.
