Remote Customer Service Representative

Location: New Mexico Santa Fe, NM (Fully Remote)

Salary: $15.00$16.50 hourly, full?time, seasonal. Performance and attendance?based incentives are available.

This role involves delivering an excellentcustomer experience and supporting customers in finding and enrolling in health insurance plans. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, provide data entry, and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth, positive journey for each consumer.

Essential Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
• Enter application data accurately
• Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
• Follow defined procedures and policies
• Apply creative problem?solving skills
• Adapt to changing projects and updates
• Prioritize and multitask effectively
• Pass required training exams to continue in the role
• Adhere to regulated communication guidelines for all channels
