The House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential home serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered supports that promote independence, safety, and community inclusion. This role is focused on weekend services. The House Manager oversees direct support staff, assistance with scheduling needs, may manage household budgets, and ensures compliance with all regulatory, agency, and licensing requirements. They serve as a key liaison among residents, families, support teams, and external agencies, ensuring that each individual's service plan is implemented with consistency and care. The House Manager also monitors the physical environment of the home and takes proactive steps to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living space.
