About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Documentation Specialist to create and manage comprehensive program documentation for one of our largest client-focused pharmacy initiatives. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of program documentation, support effective change management, and ensure all program information is clear, consistent, and accessible to internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed program documentation, ensuring all documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with internal standards, client expectations, and operational requirements.
• Manage documentation lifecycle, including version control, access, and distribution, to ensure all updates are tracked and accurately communicated to internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely document updates and controlled change management processes.
• Manage document change control workflows, tracking change requests, coordinating reviews, and facilitating approvals.
• Partner with Training, Operations, and Quality teams to integrate document changes into the training matrix.
• Contribute to standardizing documentation practices across programs to support scalability and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences environment, with direct involvement in document control.
• Experience with documentation tools, process mapping, and version control systems.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience documenting technology or software systems, UX/UI designs, or integration workflows preferred.
