Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee all manufacturing operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while managing production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams. You will drive operational excellence, implement process improvements, and align plant performance with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations, aligning daily activities with company goals.
• Oversee and support production, logistics, maintenance, and quality teams, ensuring collaboration across departments.
• Drive a culture of safety by enforcing policies, conducting inspections, and leading regular safety meetings.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze production data, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Partner with the supply chain team to ensure adequate inventory and on‑time material availability.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to align plant output with business and customer needs.
• Develop plant budgets and monitor expenditures to maintain cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and deliver reports and recommendations to senior leadership regarding plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including plant management or operations leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and operational performance effectively.
