IT Applications & Integrations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and quality of enterprise application projects.
• Oversee ERP systems (Oracle EBS, Demantra, OIC) development, support, and maintenance.
• Manage EDI operations with external trading partners.
• Develop and support integration solutions, ensuring performance and stability.
• Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Direct technical projects using standard project management practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, enforce SLAs, and drive performance.
• Implement continuous improvement with service providers.
• Supervise and develop IT staff in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare project work plans and ensure compliance with IT and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS; manufacturing/CPG industry experience preferred.
• Solid background in EDI for retail/consumer goods.
• Familiar with Microsoft tools: SharePoint, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Technical expertise in application configuration and SQL.
• Skilled in time management and multitasking.
• Knowledge of SDLC, ITSM, SOX controls, and IT compliance.
• Experience managing vendors and offshore support teams.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on management of IT Applications with responsibilities covering ERP – Supply Chain areas, EDI, and Microsoft SharePoint Application.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in all phases of Application configuration management and working knowledge of SQL script writing.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing third-party service providers, including teams providing offshore support.
