The Department of Public Safety is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Human Resources Analyst supporting the Division of Police. This position is benefits focused and will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with benefits-related regulations (FMLA/ ADA) and leave policies. The Analyst will coordinate with Risk Management on workers compensation claims, manage third-party administrators, and provide support to employees and management regarding benefits inquiries. Note: Remote work is not offered for this position. Public Safety Employees are expected to be Drug Free. The selection process will include a comprehensive review of all applications and resumes.
