What You'll Do:

  • Partner Strategically: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, crafting people strategies and workforce plans that fuel performance and growth.
  • Own Culture & Engagement: Champion our values and culture. Design and lead initiatives that foster connection, engagement, and leadership development.
  • Drive Talent Strategy: Guide end-to-end talent management—career pathing, succession planning, assessments, and development programs.
  • Lead Benefits Strategy & Design: Lead plan efforts to ensure our teams have the benefits they need to Assist new hires and consultants in navigating the onboarding process providing a seamless experience.
  • Lead with Integrity: Navigate complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Manage Change: Lead organizational change initiatives including talent management and development, incentive plan design, and career framework development.
  • Develop Talent: Mentor HR professionals and drive internal training to support scalability and consistency across teams.
  • Trusted Advisor: Incorporate strong understanding and application of employment and labor laws and regulations at the federal, state and local levels including NLRA, FLSA, Title VII, ADA and FMLA
  • Be Hands-On: Roll up your sleeves to execute initiatives while maintaining a strategic lens.
  • Travel Occasionally: Some travel required to support broader team engagement and initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years in Human Resources with depth in HR strategy, organization development, and employee relations.
  • Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field required; advanced degree or HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) are a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint), and HRIS systems.
  • Data-Driven: Comfortable with metrics and analytics to guide decision-making.
