Pay Range: Starts at $19.20 per hour. Based on your education, experience, and credentials.

Available Work Schedule: (Full-Time)

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

What You Will Be Doing

Under moderate supervision, this position performs work related to general grounds maintenance and upkeep of our residential facilities.

• Performs grounds maintenance in the areas of mowing, mulching, weed removal, edging, hedge trimming, power washing, trash removal, seeding/planting, and all duties related to lawn/landscaping. Also, will be required to perform duties of general building maintenance as needed
• Must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in all areas of grounds maintenance
• Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within all areas of grounds maintenance
• Will regularly travel around to the different FCRS facilities to maintain all grounds

Required Education and Experience:

• Two to three years of proven experience working in the maintenance field or in a related area
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing
• Valid Ohio Driver's License and Insurable Driving Record
• Must be able to lift, bend, push, and pull, up to 60 pounds
